Bio Oil

Bio Oil Review
Bio Oil Review

Bio Oil* is one of those beauty products that pops up all the time or I hear about it every so often and most recently in fact I spotted a Bio Oil on Kylie Jenners snapchat and is said its a favourite product of Kim Kardashian West too! Now I don't know about you but I love the Kardashians and there's no doubt about the fact they always look good, especially their skin it's always so flawless looking so if it's good enough for the Kardashians I thought I'd give it a whirl besides its price doesn't break the bank bonus!

I've heard a lot about bio oil for stretch marks, scars and uneven skin tone but I never knew you could use it for all over hydration, did you? So I tend to get dry skin especially through the winter months so I've been giving this a try for hydration purposes. It also mentions that it's great for the Summer for hydrating after being out in the sun, moisturising the legs and to add a dewy glow to the face, so I'll be test driving it in the Summer also. It costs around £8.65 for a 60ml bottle which is what I have and even though it seems small a little goes a long way, because it's an oil I had this fear that I'd tip it everywhere and I'd end up wasting half of it on the floor but it has this stopper that only lets a few drops out which is more than enough to moisturise with. Once I've put it on my skin it feels and looks a lot more hydrated and leaves my skin feeling much more softer, it doesn't feel sticky at all and it smells really nice almost orange undertones too it and leaves you smelling like it for a good few hours.

I haven't noticed any miracles with this yet but I've only been using it for a month and I think this is definitely a product that you have to use regularly to see major differences so I'm going to keep using it and probably do an updated review in a few months but for now, I really do like it, it hydrates my skin and helps puts the moisture back, it's now a new addition in my skincare routine!

Have any of you tired bio oil! What were your thoughts on it?

My New Obsession | Body Fantasies

Body Fantasies, Body Fantasies Review, Pink Vanilla Kiss Fantasy, Pink Vanilla Kiss Fantasy Review, Pink Grapefruit Fantasy, Pink Grapefruit Fantasy Review

So I'm going to start this post by saying these are my new obsession. If you don't know Body Fantasies have recently launched in the UK over on Superdrug and it's pretty safe to say everyone's going crazy over these..and now I understand why.

Each fragrance claims to last up to 500 sprays and even though the bottle seems small they do last ages! The bottle is also made out of plastic so if you accidentally drop them..totally not done that..anyway nothing happens which I love and they're the perfect size to pop into your handbag.

I have the scents Pink Vanilla Kiss Fantasy* and Pink Grapefruit Fantasy* and my favourite one changes all of the time they're both so nice, and because I'm rubbish at describing scents to you here's the description. "Delectable juicy peach and berries open this fun loving fragrance, while soft florals blossom at the heart. The base comprised of woods and musk, is beautifully crafted to create a feminine fruity, fragrance." You can definitely smell the vanilla in this, super nice!

For The Pink Grapefruit Fantasy "An uplifting and energising springtime blend, of pink grapefruit and jewelled pomegranate that moves to heart notes of soft florals, before revealing a warm base of white musk and vanilla." This one smells so fruity and fresh, both of  these smell amazing and are perfect for Spring and Summer, I literally can't say a bad thing about them.

Each of these cost £4 but do go on offer sometimes at around £2 (you're welcome) and I will definitely be purchasing these when I run out I'm obsessed! As well as these two scents there are two other scents in the range also, Japanese Cherry Blossom and Twilight Mist so I might check those ones out too since I'm obsessed with these two. Definitely give these a try if you haven't you won't regret it, I didn't!

Rose and Co Rose Petal Beauty Salve

Rose and Co, Rose and Co Beauty Balm, Rose and Co Beauty Salve Review, Petal Beauty Salve Review, Beauty Balm Review, Beauty Balm

Firstly how pretty is this Rose Petal Beauty Salve* by Rose and Co? It's so nice! If you've never heard of this beauty salve before it may just look like you're average lip balm tin, but this beauty isn't just for your lips. It's one of those products that does everything seriously 'It can be used for many and varied purposes including taming the brows and condition and tame lashes, to soften cuticles on fingers and toes, to smooth elbows and knees, as a sheen over lipstick, a gloss on brow bones or cheek bones, to mix with shimmer powder and to fix body glitter and sequins..' So yeah it does just a few things, now I can honestly say I haven't tried it out on all these things, who knows maybe I'll give it a challenge and do an updated post. But for now I've been using it purely as a lip balm.

Rose and Co, Rose and Co Beauty Balm, Rose and Co Beauty Salve Review, Petal Beauty Salve Review, Beauty Balm Review, Beauty Balm

For this a little goes a long way so if you love a multi-purpose product this might be the best thing to have in your handbag, it's the most popular product from Rose and Co, plus it doesn't take up too much room, bonus! Why is it called Rose Petal salve? I think that's completely down to the scent, it's fairly strong so if you're not keen on strong scents this might not be for you, but it smells just like flowers, think floral, roses, garden centres, that in a tin.

When I first applied it to my lips you could feel it working almost cooling/soothing and it made my lips feel a little tingly, I could literally feel it working, but even after the lip balm had worn off my lips a few hours later my lips still felt super super soft! And I only applied it just the once in the morning, so I'm pretty impressed with this. Even just purely as a lip balm! It's not sticky in the slightest either and I could still smell the scent to the lip balm on my lips..that's how strong it is, I don't think I've ever noticed that with any other lip balm I've tried before. I think this would be really good for the Winter as well to put the moisture back in and keep those lips nice and hydrated. A definite must have for girls on the go - this one tin does everything!

Have you tried this out?
